4. DATA STORAGE

The data you provide (name, address, e-mail address, telephone number to contact you if applicable) is required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. We endeavor to update this data regularly with our customers and to correct it if necessary. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the tax retention period (7 years) at the latest after the end of the cooperation. The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of §96 paragraph 3 TKG and Art.6 Abs1 lit. a (your consent) and/or lit. b (necessary for the fulfillment of the contract) of the GDPR.

You can contact us at any time if you have any questions about our data protection measures or if you want your profile and all data stored about you to be deleted or corrected. You also have the right at any time on free information about your stored data and the right to restriction, data transfer of your data and to revoke or object.
